Web Developer and Geek Dad

Welcome to my website, where I share the professional and personal sides of my life! Here, you’ll find an evolving showcase of my skills and passions, from my journey as a web developer to my love for the worlds of board games, tabletop RPGs, and video games.

The Basics

Who am I? I am your average 36 year old, mild mannered father of two. I live with my wife and kids in the town I was born and raised in, Malmö, Sweden. I used to be a teacher, of English and Religion, but in 2023 I decided to take the exciting and perilous journey of becoming a web developer. I started (restarted?) my education by attending the Middle University in Sundsvall to become a tech wizz! I love learning and teaching and spending time with my loved ones. My interests include an ecclectic mix of nerdy and geeky interests—video games, comics, board games, roleplaying games, movies, you name it! When not exercising my brain I like to exercise my body—rope climbing, long distance running, and going to the gym keep my body as sharp as my mind!

Professionally Yours

In the professional realm, this site serves as my digital CV and portfolio. You’ll discover projects that highlight my journey to become better and better in web development, including designs and applications that demonstrate my creativity and problem-solving skills. I aim to provide insights into my approach to coding, design, and user experience—tools that I use to create functional and visually engaging solutions.

A Nerd’s Retreat

On the personal side, this is a space where my inner geek comes alive. Whether it’s strategizing my way through a new board game, diving deep into the lore of tabletop RPGs, or exploring the virtual landscapes of my favorite video games, these hobbies are a big part of who I am. Here, I share thoughts, recommendations, and simply what newest shiny thing has caught my attention.

Why This Blend?

I believe that our professional and personal lives shape each other in surprising ways. The creativity and teamwork I hone during a D&D campaign translate into collaborative projects at work. Similarly, the discipline and structure of coding fuel my enthusiasm for complex, rule-driven games.

Feel free to explore, connect, and get to know both sides of my world! Whether you’re here to collaborate on a project or simply share in my love of gaming, I’m glad you’re visiting.
